So After did some of the keyword research I was blown away by the huge numbers of people just in california that are searching for your services, So there is a huge opportunity for becoming an educator on your types of services, and dominating the search engine with your educational content. Which If we worked together, this is something we would "create the educational content". and once the content started appearing on the first page of google search, your website could be getting tens of thousands of visitors each month that all are researching your services befor they purchase them. which allows you to bias their oppinion towards choosing your company.
once we got traction in the search engine, you would be able to stop all advertising spend because the organic traffic would provide more business than you could handle with multiple employees helping you.
So, I would suggest asap building a website and investing in content creation and flooding the search engine with your educational content.
while at the same time, running google PPC ads to generate clients right away, as we can get in front of all of these people already searching for your services.
I would suggest using retargeting pixels on your website, so we can then retarget the people who didn't call or sign up, as this increases your return on add spend big time.

As you can see there are hundreds of thousands of people using google search each month looking for your services. And these are only for a fraction of the services you provide, meaning there are tens of thousands of other people looking for other services you provide that are not included in this report. This is just to give you an idea of the Millions of dollars that are available each month to the 10 businesses on google's first page search results for these keyword phrases alone.
Just to demonstrate what I mean:
